Well at WDM, cliché or not, it’s a fact…
Our team of self-starters are all talented individuals who collectively enjoy the cut and thrust of working for our clients. No day is the same as the last, and that sort of diversity takes a special group to be flexible enough to operate effectively within that type of environment.
Every one of our team could carry the title of project manager, as that best explains what they do. From our administration people to designers, client service managers to account directors, creatives to art directors, they all take on a task and follow it through to completion.
Whether they are working in teams or individual tasks, the support systems built into the agency ensure our clients desired outcomes are met on time and on budget.
Internal communication is strong, projects are discussed regularly, and timelines monitored by our Operations Manager.
The diverse range of projects across our client portfolio often calls for input from specialists in particular fields. WDM has a network of key strategic alliances, both locally and nationally, that we work with regularly. Our project management skills in this area have proven to save both time and money for our clients.
Strong client and supplier relationships are important to us all here at WDM, and you only get that from having the right people! (see above cliché..)
